Tis entry was supposed to be for yesterday's but onli got in today becos my mother refused to let me use the com. My apologies for that.

Why do I admit that I'm outdated? Well, cuz yesterday's the first time I visited cathay cineleisure orchard, with stefani and 3 other frens of hers. Purpose of going there: singing. We went to kbox at 8th floor, and after all the admin stuff was done, it was time to welcome the karaoke. The majority of songs we chose are from jay chou and jj lin junjie, along wif some english songs too. 2-5pm. That was how much of the afternoon was spent.

By the time the bill came, we were kinda taken aback. After all the additional charges (drinks, service charge, GST, blah blah...), it was $107.80 for 3 hours of singing. Which translates to $21.56 per person - $7.19/hour. Come to think of it, the cost is quite reasonable bahx. But there seems to be tis feeling of being cheated. Dunno why there's tis perception. Mayb we all think it's too ex lors.

Money talk apart, I guess tis was one of the very few outings that made me reali enjoy. Though my singing ain't that great at all, at least now there's more courage within myself to step out and realise my true singing ability, which is like onli 10% that of jay and 20% that of jj. Hahas.
