First and foremost, a belated Happy New Year 2011 to everyone~ I have been pretty busy since Christmas and hardly had any spare time for a proper blog post.
It's been raining non stop since over 24 hours ago, and the rain only got heavier when I woke up this morning. Usually such prolonged monsoon rain conditions only occur in November/December, but this time it arrived late.
Latest updates from NEA indicated the rain will continue till 6pm today. If only I could stay home the entire day and sleep, and not have to return to the office and answer calls from disgruntled customers (Well, it's just a minority that are disgruntled. Most customers who call in 1633 are actually not as nasty as I'd thought).
My baby brother is already 7 months old. And in another 7 months time I'll have to attempt my IPPT as well. Shall relax for now and only start training from April onwards.
Chinese New Year is just round the corner, and sadly I have to work on day one of CNY (3rd Feb). Well, at least my offdays fall nicely on 4th and 5th, so there is still sufficient time to go house visiting and get my pockets full.
Alright, gotta prepare for my shift at 11.30am now. Next post should be around post-CNY, filled with plenty of pictures from my new iPhone 4..
Which reminds me to share a little more about my new iPhone 4~
- Date of Purchase: 20th Jan 2011 - Location: Compass Point hello! shop - Waiting Time: I was the 18th customer in the queue when I reached at 1105 hrs (that was only 5 mins after the opening hour), and waited all the way till 1245 before my turn. That's 1 hour and 40 minutes of unproductivity. - Price: $210 + $44.10 for the hard case and screen protector. SingTel iFlexi Value @ $56/month.
After using the iPhone 4 for just over a week, I finally understand why everyone's queuing up for it. Reception problem aside, its many functions and downloadable apps are sufficient to keep me hooked to the phone for the entire day. Just hope that I will not get a bill shock in February. -_-
Okay, shall get going with a warm shower now. Till after CNY~
