Back at last, and I ain't happy one bit. D: Backtrack to one year from now, when I just received my A level results.
Wasn't too worried then, cause the grades were mostly in line with expectations, with the exception of Geography which disappointed with an E. Overall picture was BDE/D for the 3 H2/1 H1, with C for both GP and PW. Did make an attempt to apply into NUS and NTU, unsuccessful, but I wasn't too perturbed over it, thinking that trying again one year later would have a different outcome. Shifting back to the present, I was checking the 2008 Indicative Grade Profiles for NUS and NTU, and there comes the harsh realisation. That my A level results were nowhere near even the 10th percentile for last year's intake. First pic: NUS, Second pic: NTU. Courses circled are my choices for respective instituition. Boy. Certainly things aren't looking rosy and it's like, just 366+2 days before ORD. Oh wells, will still try enrolling into NUS, it's a more realistic choice. If unsuccessful, I might have to consider SIM. But even that will have to wait, cause of the minimum age limit of 21 years, require 2 years working experience, and the fees there are more than double of NUS and NTU. Now I can't help but worry about future prospects after NSF life.
