Today was one of the most busy days in terms of number of calls from customers.
Constantly there were over 30 calls waiting throughout the day, hitting a peak of 70 at 8.45pm, 15 minutes before the hotline closed.

Was thinking, there are also no major roadshows ongoing at the moment, so why the sudden spike in calls?
Probably the other call centres besides Nobel were closed...
And curiously enough, I still failed the call stats for today. D:

From tomorrow onwards, there will be ten new staff - seven females, three males - joining the existing staff in taking 'live' calls.
Hopefully they can stay on for at least the next three months to share the call load.

Dates to look forward to:

[1] 26th Dec - Double outing. Going to Sentosa in the morning till afternoon with ex-Census 2010 colleagues, after which I'll be attending Pangya guild outing from afternoon till night. Pictures will be up asap~
[2] 31st Dec - End of another fruitful/fruitless year (depending on how you view it), countdown party. (:
[3] 1st Jan 2011 - Happy New Year! And I'm still trying to find someone to swap offday from 2nd Jan to 1st. If nobody is willing then I will have to take first train from town to office..
[4] 12th Jan - Time to upgrade to iPhone 4 or something that is equivalent to that
